<p>INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>* 2 cups sliced onions<br />
* 2 minced garlic cloves<br />
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes<br />
* 1/3 cup parmesan cheese<br />
* 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese.</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. Place ready made pizza crust on baking pan. I use Boboli brand in large or extra large.<br />
2. Preheat oven to 450°F.<br />
3. Sauté onions and garlic in little olive oil until slightly tender but still crunchy.<br />
4. Spread onion and garlic on top of pizza crust and cover with mozzarella cheese. Top with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Bake 10 minutes. Cool a few minutes then cut and serve.</p>

<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1.Butter the bread slices lightly and layer with 2 tblsp of olives, 1 tblsp of Bell Pepper and 2 tblsp of onion and top with cheese.<br />
2.Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste<br />
3.In a preheated toaster oven (400 C) place the bread slices and leave it until the cheese has completely melted and starts to brown.<br />
4.Serve immediately as an evening snack.</p>

<p>INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>1. Prepare the dough by mixing together (also with the aid of a bread a machine)<br />

<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>Wait about 2 hours to rise and you have your pizza dough Since I assume most of us do not have a wood firebrick oven in the house. The  next best thing is the use of a pizza stone in a normal oven. I have my pizza stone for over 10 years and I use it to make nice crusty breads (bread does not cook well in a bread machine).</p>
<p>The pizza stone will retain heat from the oven and  cook the pizza fast without the need forpizza cooking fattening oils etc &#8211; So when baking you don&#8217;t need a greased pan. Just put the dough on the pizza stone. The crust w ill come out dry and &#8216;crusty&#8217; ( The pizza stone can be used to make excellent bread as well )</p>
<p>Ok use either good canned tomatoes (Just tomatoes &#8211; not any pre-prepared sauces) or fresh tomatoes if they are available &#8211; You can even mix them together &#8211; put them in a food processor and chop them.</p>
<p>Put the mozzarella in the food processor so you will be able to spread it over the pizza.</p>
<p>Now use the rolling pin to make a thin layer of pizza crust. What I do now, it sounds a little strange but it helps a lot, put the raw pizza (the pizza crust that you just rolled out) by itself in the oven for just 1 minute (Reason: if the crust is too soft is very difficult to add tomatoes etc without ruining it) &#8211; After 1 minute remove the pizza dough and apply the tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. Place the pizza in the oven for about 5 / 6 minutes till all the mozzarella is nicely melted. Take it out of the oven and serve. What is nice about this pizza is the unexpected different authentic Italian taste &#8211; also there are no greases oils or addictives of any type ( like powder garlic so popular in the Italian American food tradition but never used in Italy &#8211; so you are not allowed to use it). Anyway, after you practice with a few pizzas I might even give you  the permission to try it with different toppings.</p>

<p>* Sugar cookie dough<br />
* 8 oz. cream cheese, softened<br />
* 1-10 oz. cool whip, thawed<br />
* 2 1/2 to 3 C. powdered sugar<br />
* 1 C. orange juice<br />
* 1/2 C. sugar<br />
* 2 Tbs. cornstarch<br />
* any fresh fruit like peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, or blueberries</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. Roll out sugar cookie dough on pizza pan and bake for 20 minutes. Mix and cook the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch until it boils then cook 2 minutes longer.<br />
2. Will be thicky and shiney.<br />
3. Cream together the cream cheese, cool whip and the powdered sugar.<br />
4. Spread over cooled cookie dough.<br />
5. Place fruit in a circle on this mixture or as desired.<br />
6. Pour hot mixture over fruit while still hot.<br />
7. Cool in refrigerator for about an hour.</p>

<p>INGREDIENTS<br />
* 12 inches thin pizza crust (I use Boboli 12-inch thin crust)<br />
* 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<br />
* 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped<br />
* 3-4 large basil leaves, cut into strips<br />
* 2 small tomatoes, cut thinly<br />
* 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded<br />
* 1 teaspoon kosher salt<br />
* 1 teaspoon black pepper<br />
* 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese<br />
* 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes.</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS<br />
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.<br />
2. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza shell. Use a brush to spread it around and make sure to get the crust!<br />
3. Next, disperse the finely chopped garlic evenly.<br />
4. Spread the mozzarella cheese throughout the top, but keep it thin.<br />
5. Place the thinly sliced tomatoes across the entire pizza.<br />
6. Lightly salt and pepper the tomatoes with the kosher salt.<br />
7. Spread the fresh basil leaves, making sure to get some on tomatoes and on just the cheese itself.<br />
8. Cook the pizza in the oven for about 9-10 minutes, or until sufficiently crispy and melted to your liking.<br />
9. Add a little Parmesan cheese and (optional) crushed red pepper and enjoy!</p>

INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>* 2 lbs ground beef<br />
* 2 teaspoons dried chili pepper flakes, to taste (optional)<br />
* 2 onions, chopped<br />
* 1-2 tablespoon fresh minced garlic (or to taste)<br />
* 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped<br />
* 3 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning (or to taste)<br />
* seasoning salt (or use white salt)<br />
* pepper<br />
* 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese<br />
* 1/4 cup flour<br />
* 1 (26 ounce) jar favorite pasta sauce (or use homemade)<br />
* 1 1/2 cups canned sliced mushrooms, drained (I use the whole can!)<br />
* 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (can use more)</p>
<p>TOPPING</p>
<p>* 1 (13 ounce) can refrigerated prepared pizza crust (or use you own own recipe)<br />
* 1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
* 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (or to taste)<br />
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese<br />
* 1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning.</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. Set oven to 425 degrees.<br />
2. Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.<br />
3. In a large skillet cook the ground beef with onions, garlic, green bell pepper and dried chili flakes until the beef is no longer pink (about 10 minutes) drain and return to skillet.<br />
4. Add in the 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.<br />
5. Add in 1/4 cup flour; stir until well blended.<br />
6. Add in pasta sauce and mushrooms; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.<br />
7. Spoon the ground beef mixture into the baking dish, then sprinkle with about 2 cups mozza cheese.<br />
8. Unroll the pizza crust and place on top of the cheese (tucking edges into baking dish if necessary).<br />
9. Brush the top of the crust with olive oil, then sprinkle with about 1-2 cups mozza cheese, then sprinkle with about 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.<br />
10. Sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning on top of the cheeses.<br />
11. Bake in a 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until browned (if you are using you own prepared pizza crust the baking time may be longer).<br />
12. Delicious!</p>

<p>INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>* 1 (12 inch)  prepared pizza crust, uncooked (not prebaked)<br />
* 2-3 tablespoons olive oil<br />
* 1 garlic clove, minced<br />
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese<br />
* 1 lb heirloom tomato, chopped or heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved<br />
* 6-8 large basil leaves, sliced into thin shreds (chiffonade)<br />
* 1/4 cup olive oil<br />
* 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar<br />
* sea salt, to taste<br />
* fresh ground pepper, to taste<br />
* 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into rounds.</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. Combine chopped tomatoes, basil leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.<br />
2. Heat oven to 400* F. Spread dough out into a 12 inch round on a greased pizza pan. Combine olive oil and garlic; brush over crust. Bake at 400* F for about 10 minutes, or until just turning golden.<br />
3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over crust.<br />
4. Using a slotted spoon, remove tomato mixture from bowl, reserving liquid. Spread evenly over shredded cheese.<br />
5. Place fresh mozzarella slices over tomato mixture.<br />
6. Drizzle reserved dressing over all.<br />
7. Return to oven and bake at 400* F for 10-12 minutes or until mozzarella is melty with golden brown spots.</p>

<p>INGREDIENTS</p>
<p>* 1 lb ground beef<br />
* 8 ounces tomato sauce<br />
* 1/4 cup water<br />
* 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope spaghetti sauce mix, divided<br />
* 16 ounces hot roll mix<br />
* 1 cup warm water (120 degrees)<br />
* 12 ounces small curd cottage cheese<br />
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded<br />
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz).</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. In large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water and 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce mix; heat through.<br />
2. In a large bowl, combine contents of flour and yeast packets from hot roll mix; add remaining spaghetti sauce mix. (This seemed like not enough dough and I opted to use my own dough adding the spaghetti sauce mix to that) and you could probably use a premade crust also.<br />
3. If using the hot roll mix; Stir in warm water until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. or prepare your own dough.<br />
4. Roll into a 17\&#8221; X 12\&#8221; rectangle. Transfer to a greased 15\&#8221; X 10\&#8221; x 1\&#8221; baking pan; build up edges slightly.<br />
5. Spread cottage cheese over dough. Top with meat mixture and parmesan cheese.<br />
6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more til cheese it melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.</p>

<p>INGREDIENTS<br />
Dough</p>
<p>* 1 cup warm water or milk<br />
* 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast<br />
* 1 tablespoon sugar<br />
* 2 3/4 cups flour<br />
* 1 ounce parmesan cheese<br />
* 1 teaspoon salt<br />
* 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus<br />
* 1 teaspoon olive oil</p>
<p>Toppings</p>
<p>* 2 tablespoons olive oil<br />
* 1 lb lean ground beef<br />
* 1 onion, thinly sliced<br />
* 1 garlic clove, minced<br />
* 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder<br />
* 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce<br />
* 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (fresh or canned)<br />
* 1 (4 ounce) package sliced pepperoni<br />
* 2 (8 ounce) packages mozzarella cheese, grated<br />
* 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives.</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS</p>
<p>1. In a measuring cup or small bowl, dissolve sugar &amp; yeast in water.<br />
2. Combine flour, parmesan and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the center.<br />
3. Pour yeast mixture and oil in well and stir into dry ingredients until dough forms; let rise 5 minutes.<br />
4. Preheat oven to 350°F.<br />
5. Heat olive oil over medium heat, add hamburger, onions and garlic, season with chili powder and sauté until onions are tender and meat is browned, about 10 minutes.<br />
6. Grease a 9&#215;12-inch cake pan, and press dough into pan.<br />
7. Pour 1/2 of sauce onto dough, layer 1/2 of all remaining ingredients, top with remaining sauce, then layer on all remaining ingredients (the cake pan will be full at this point).<br />
8. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.</p>
